Ryan Eller – Lead Facilitator & Co-Founder
Ryan Eller is CEO and Founder of Paradigm Shift, a company that does leadership training across the world and has led workshops in over 40 states and on 4 continents. He has advocated for educational aspiration in Washington, DC and is a proud champion of the millennial generation. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and master’s in Higher Education Administration form Northeastern State University. Ryan is always trying to Live his List and wants you to do the same!
Jerrod Murr – Director of Leadership Development & Co-Founder
Jerrod Murr is a speaker, corporate trainer, and cultural entrepreneur. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a Degree in Business Administration, and a member of the NSU Hall of Fame. He speaks at multiple Human Resource conferences and corporate educational events throughout the year and is honored to be a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, as well as being appointed Partner Expert in The Forge’s startup incubator, powered by the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Murr currently resides in Muskogee, OK with his wife, Jenn, and two daughters Adelae and Josalyn. His favorite book is The Giving Tree, and he loves working on his Bucket List, the OKC Thunder, and good coffee.
Amy Ogden has led hundreds of groups for Paradigm Shift in almost 30 states over the past few years. She graduates this year with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma as a Gate’s Millennium Scholar. She specializes in organizing camps and interactive leadership workshops for educational groups and pre-college programs.
Kyle “The Intern” Price
Kyle Price has been a part of engineering, robotics, and STEM teams since the 8th grade, and offers keynote addresses to STEM students, teams, and organizations in the areas of goal setting, integrating STEM. He recently graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M, and is continuing his education to receive his PhD from OSU. He is a member of the National Tutoring Association and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the world’s largest professional association for the advancement of technology. When Kyle is not working with STEM groups he can be found watching Premier League football, taking long walks in the park with his calculator, or at a theater near you.
Rachel Mayo is a part hipster, part southern belle, from Nashville, TN. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She is a leadership conference consultant and designer for Paradigm Shift, and owns her own lettering business, RachelBee Designs. Rachel has Type 1 Diabetes and is passionate about helping others who live with the disease. She is a speaker, advocate, and certified mentor for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). She will always accept an invitation to dance, have coffee, pet a dog, or hold a baby.
Philip Bright is an aspiring jack of all trades. His skill set ranges from home renovation to large group facilitation. He enjoys working with fellow leaders and empowering them to take the next step in their lives. He graduated from Roger’s State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, while minoring in Biology. He is a certified Ropes course facilitator and Canopy Tour Guide. He is also a Youth Pastor and keynote speaker.
Neha Ghelani is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Marketing. She has worked in the education industry for over 3 years and loves working with students of all ages. She particularly enjoys the corporate sector and has a passion for doing business with a purpose. Having grown up in South Africa, she loves to learn new things about the people, places, and culture around her. In her spare time, she also takes on clients for graphic design and project management. She enjoys being adventurous, traveling, spending quality time getting to know others, and being outdoors.
Hailey Pace Thomas
Hailey Pace Thomas is a recent graduate from Northeastern State University where she studied Spanish, Sign Language and Business. She loves working with and inspiring students, and is pursuing her Master’s degree in Higher Educational Leadership. She loves playing the piano, binge watching Grey’s Anatomy and spending time with her dog and 4 cats.
Toshali Nutt is a junior at Northeastern State University, majoring in Nutritional Science. She is a Lead Facilitator and has worked with Paradigm Shift for 2 years. Toshali is a proud alumni of the TRiO Educational Talent Search program, and loves working with students! She is 20 years old, and was born in Calcutta, India.
Paige is a vibrant Tulsa native and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s of science degree in strategic communications at Oklahoma State University. She is an Educational Leadership Facilitator and has been working with Paradigm Shift for 3 years. Paige has a passion for people and pushing others to be the best versions of themselves!
Stephanie Bolen graduated with a bachelor’s in both Theatre and English Education and is a core director of the 20 Leadership Camps. She has spent the majority of her life working with the Girls Scouts of the USA and other nationally renown youth programs. Stephanie specializes in customized programming, designing camp curriculum, and small group facilitation.
Sarah Johnson is a proud alumna of Northeastern State University, she graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and in 2011 with a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership. Her career in higher education started in 2010 as a University Representative, serving as a recruiter in Northeast Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas, she then moved to the Department of Student Activities in 2011. As the Coordinator of Campus Activities, she has been responsible for advising the Northeastern Activities Board, Rookie Bridge Camp, NSU Traditions Council, Miss Northeastern Scholarship Pageant, Student Homecoming Week Committee, and multicultural programming activities. She is dedicated to enhancing NSU’s extra-curricular programming for students through quality advisement, services, programs, and leadership development opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, travel, and photography.
Greg “Heady” Coleman
Greg “Heady” Coleman is very family first in his approach to life. He is married to Bernadette Coleman. They have 3 awesome children: Kenneth, Zale and Nia. Gregory, who goes by Heady, is a believer in the community of Guthrie and loves promoting it every chance he gets. He is part of the North Church team as a pastor for the recently launched Guthrie location which called for him to step down from his role as the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce CEO/President. He has been a Life Educator for Family Expectations for roughly nine years. He has been helping people plan out their lives for years by teaching the Go Win Approach through curriculum he developed personally. With Go Win, he has carried the role as consultant, dream coach and business and organization development advisor for start-ups. He was given the title “Cool Dad” by MetroFamily Magazine and Territory OKC Magazine recently highlighted his Shipwreck Talks hosted in Guthrie as bringing in some of the most creative minds within a 60-mile radius.
